I am a Ramón y Cajal research fellow at the Department of Management at the University of València, member of the research group INN4ALL.
I have a PhD from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) with a specialization in the Economy of Science and Innovation, and a Master’s degree in Innovation and Technology Management from the UTC (Université de Technologie de Compiègne, France).
My main research focuses on the socio-economic processes involved in environmental sustainability, particularly the determinants and effects of green technology development, as well as the generation and diffusion of green-specific know-how. I am also interested in Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) studies, like for instance the development of indicators, the relation between science/technology development and territories, or the interaction between academic and non-academic actors.
My initial training in France from 1998 to 2000 was in Material Science at IUT de Nantes, then I continued with Engineering and Management studies at Polytech Angers, and I finally obtained a M.Sc. in Innovation Management at UTC in 2003.
From 2004 to 2016, I worked as a research assistant at INGENIO (CSIC-Universitat Politècnica de València) (and also at the Science and Technology service of the French Embassy in Spain from 2004 to 2006). In 2016, I decided to enroll in the Ph.D. program of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) under the direction of Davide Consoli and Nicolò Barbieri and I received my PhD in 2019.
